Because when you are out of shape, it is hard to feel good about yourself. And this has a massive effect on our confidence and self esteem. We know in our own experience that starting a new fitness journey it is very hard and incredibly difficult when we haven't got the confidence nor the courage to enter a Gym.
So let's break the ice and make it easier for you and show you that, coming to the Gym is not daunting when you are out of shape.
When you join Walk this Weigh, our wonderful Coach Mary Mellor will greet you personally at BASE BODY FITNESS. As we want you to feel as comfortable and relax as possible, let's first have a cuppa to get to know each other. Mary will introduce you to the amazing TEAM and show you around the Gym where you are going to be working out.
After a consultation and a chat to understand your own particular needs, we will have your before measurements, photos taken and weight recorded. And also you'll get access into a group chat with all the other members where Mary will support you throughout as well as supporting each other.
Once this is all done, that's it. You are set to begin your weight loss journey and smash the goals you want to achieve.
