Most people start their fitness journey because they are overweight and need to lose some pounds but, in my case, I started mine because I needed to put on weight. Being majorly underweight, I needed to seek advice on how to gain weight and change my body for the better; that was the reason I joined a Gym.

After years of hard work, I started to see a difference in my body. This gave me a big boost in my confidence and self esteem thus I found a love for the Gym. And by exercising, I found how much the Gym help me not only physically but mentally.


The Gym has always been a safe haven for me, especially when feeling low or stressed. I love to encourage others to see the positive effects of regular exercise in the same way it did help me.

The way I see fitness is not just by being able to move trucks or lifting heavy weights; for me, fitness is just about being able to complete day to day activities without any aches or pains. There may be a sore muscle or two along the way, that's true, but I believe getting fit should be enjoyed, not dreaded.

I will encourage my clients to change they way the live everyday and find a way to work for them as everybody is different in what they enjoy. I get to change lives for a living, which is not only a privilege but incredibly fulfilling and rewarding for me.

Outside my fitness live, I'm usually playing on my Xbox (oh yes...) especially DESTINY as well as  messing around with tech.
