We offer a range of exciting class formats designed for strength, weight loss, increased fitness, endurance and athletic performance.

These classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and will truly fast track your results!

Please make sure you arrive 10 minutes before the session starts, especially on your first visit. 

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we have reduced the capacity of our classes to keep you and your Gym safe while we have added more to our timetable to give everybody the chance to join our awesome classes.
