For some reason, life took me to a path where I found myself eating constantly. After gaining a lot of weight, I knew I needed to make some serious changes to my health. At my heaviest, I weighed a whopping 23 1/2 stones or 150 kilos. I was too young to feel that the most simple tasks were becoming very difficult.
On my way back from my holidays in Spain, I felt so bad when I couldn't fasten the seat belt on the plane. That's what my wake up call and when I knew I had to do something about my weight and, especially, my health.
I decided to join BASE BODY FITNESS. Best decision ever made.
And so my fitness journey started.
