Most people start their fitness journey because they are overweight and need to lose some pounds but, in my case, I started mine because I needed to put on weight. Being majorly underweight, I needed to seek advice on how to gain weight and change my body for the better; that was the reason I joined a Gym.
After years of hard work, I started to see a difference in my body. This gave me a big boost in my confidence and self esteem thus I found a love for the Gym. And by exercising, I found how much the Gym help me not only physically but mentally.
