BOOTCAMPS
Experience a Bootcamp with and added mystery challenge at the end of each one.
This is a group fitness package designed to improve your well being as well as your social life. You will get to know and engage with other people; this will create a sense of community for a bigger chance to you succeed in your goals. Above all, we are family here at BASE BODY FITNESS.
During 8 weeks training, our Coaches Emma Tizley and Dan Fitchew will provide you with the encouragement and motivation towards a goal to complete the event while raising money for a charity of your choice.
We'll be training not only the muscles you can see but also the ones to help you improve your posture and strengthen your core.
Throughout the 8 weeks you will have access to 3 group sessions a week to maximize your results.
We will be here for you to support with your diet, form and lifestyle.
